Online Banking
If you would like to pay your loan online from your Connected Credit Union account, you can do so easily through our digital banking platform.
Make an Online Payment 
You can now conveniently and easily pay your Connected Credit Union loans online from another financial institution through our new online payment portal. Payments are accepted through external bank accounts, debit cards, or credit cards. A $5.00 convenience fee will be charged for this transaction.
One Time Payment Returning User
ACH Payment From Another Financial Institution
This option can be set up to be a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or semi-monthly payment to best meet your budget.
Simply download the form, fill out your information, and return it to the Credit Union in person, by fax, or by email.
A rate reduction of 0.25% is offered for this payment option on most loan types. Speak with a loan officer or member service representative for details.
In-Person
Visit a Connected Credit Union branch or find a Shared Branching Credit Union location near you.
You will need your Connected Credit Union account number if visiting a Shared Branching location.

Debit Card Payment Over the Phone
If you would like to pay with your debit card from another financial institution, give one of our branches a call at 207-623-3857 in Augusta or 207-872-2636 in Winslow. Debit card payments over the phone are processed like a cash advance. Some financial institutions charge a fee for this type of processing. Please contact your financial institution to see if fees would be assessed. Connected Credit Union will charge a $5.00 convenience fee for this transaction.
